King Jili Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the King Jili platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the King Jili platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. King Jili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To be eligible to use the King Jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of King Jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not accessing the Platform for the purpose of monitoring, benchmarking, or competitive analysis on behalf of a competing business;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your account terminated for cause.

King Jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by King Jili may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the Platform commits a serious breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action in addition to permanent account closure.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the King Jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify King Jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

King Jili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from King Jili that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

King Jili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

All financial transactions on the King Jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). King Jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other approved online banking channels as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your King Jili wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. King Jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by King Jili;
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• King Jili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts;
• Withdrawal processing times are as displayed on the Platform and are subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

King Jili reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, King Jili may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

King Jili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all King Jili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) claim per user, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise specified;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period;
• King Jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the King Jili platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

King Jili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

• King Jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state;
• Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet amount for that round will be returned to the user's wallet;

Bets placed and accepted by the King Jili system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed, except where a technical error is established through King Jili's internal review process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the King Jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting using King Jili bonus funds;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing King Jili staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

King Jili employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and regulatory authorities to identify and investigate prohibited conduct. Users found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed and any funds held pending investigation.

King Jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to users seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, all of which are accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day or week. Once reached, the Platform will suspend betting activity until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the King Jili platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of King Jili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from King Jili;
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application;
• Use King Jili's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of King Jili's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, King Jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Any losses arising from technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

King Jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your King Jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude King Jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

King Jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• At King Jili's sole discretion, for any business reason.

You may close your account at any time by contacting King Jili's support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the King Jili platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.

King Jili's decisions on all gaming-related disputes — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions — are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

King Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, King Jili will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.
