In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, King Jili will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected users without undue delay where required by law.

King Jili uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the king-jili.org platform. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help us provide a better user experience and gather analytical data about platform usage.

King Jili uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the platform to function correctly. These include session cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cookies cannot be disabled.

King Jili will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, in which case you will be notified of the extension and the reason for it.

King Jili may need to verify your identity before processing a data subject request to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to an unauthorised person.

The King Jili platform is strictly for users aged 21 years and above. King Jili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If King Jili becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the King Jili platform, please contact our support team immediately. King Jili will investigate and take appropriate action, including account closure and deletion of all associated personal data.
